Fees
> V3 publication draft; not yet published. Economic terms follow the unfrozen specification v2 draft. {{待冻结}} means pending reconciliation with the final frozen specification. This page does not apply to V2 or existing tokens. Available actions depend on the verified release manifest.
These are the draft V3 policies for authenticated new tokens in this release. Fee rates and revenue splits use different bases and cannot simply be added together.
Protocol fee
The protocol fee is 1% of gross {{待冻结}}. It is first split 70% to the creator {{待冻结}}, 10% to referral reserves {{待冻结}} and 20% to the platform {{待冻结}}. The platform portion is then split 80% for ICAT funding {{待冻结}}, 10% for community {{待冻结}} and 10% for team {{待冻结}}.
| Purpose | Share of protocol fee | Theoretical share of gross |
|---|---|---|
| Creator | 70% {{待冻结}} | 0.70% {{待冻结}} |
| Referral reserve | 10% {{待冻结}} | 0.10% {{待冻结}} |
| ICAT buyback funding | 16% {{待冻结}} | 0.16% {{待冻结}} |
| Base community share | 2% {{待冻结}} | 0.02% {{待冻结}} |
| Base team share | 2% {{待冻结}} | 0.02% {{待冻结}} |
Referrers receive 40% / 70% / 100% of referral reserves {{待冻结}}, equal to 4% / 7% / 10% of protocol fees {{待冻结}}. The unused reserve goes to community. No valid referral or self-referral uses the applicable zero tier; see referrals.
After graduation, official v4 Hook buys and sells still charge the 1% protocol fee {{待冻结}}, including exact-input and exact-output trades and tokens with zero project tax. The same project Vault handles the split. This release’s rate is not an immutable requirement for every future Registry version.
Project tax and Anti
Creators independently set buy and sell tax from 0–10% each, or 0–1000 bps {{待冻结}}. Neither must use the maximum. Project tax applies to curve source=0 and official v4 Hook source=1 trades. Ordinary wallet transfers are not taxed.
Mode-dependent tax purposes include Holder rewards, CTO payouts, multiple wallets and project-buyback funding. Purpose shares total 100% {{待冻结}}; wallet subshares also total 100% {{待冻结}}, with at most 16 wallets {{待冻结}}. These are accrual and claim mechanisms. Buyback funding does not prove an automatic market purchase; a CTO payout is not an automatic community-takeover process.
Ordinary curve buys may incur extra Anti under launch protection. Extra Anti goes to team, outside project-tax allocations and the protocol-fee split.
LP fees
The v4 pool fee is 0.30% {{待冻结}}, separately from protocol fees and project tax. Actual income collected for the official locked position is split 50% to platform {{待冻结}} and 50% to the original creator {{待冻结}}, independently for native OKB and project tokens. It is not the income of the entire pool. The platform LP share goes directly to team without the protocol-fee platform split.
Anyone can trigger collectFees() and then claimFor(role, asset) for an individual role and asset. The caller earns no income from triggering. Recipients are fixed: the platform recipient and the original Factory creator. This release has no recipient-change entry point or automatic-payment guarantee. For cumulative receipts T, platform entitlement is floor(T/2) {{待冻结}} and creator entitlement is the remainder. Claimable equals cumulative entitlement minus cumulative paid. Rejected payment reverts only that claim and preserves the debt; other roles and assets can claim independently.
Principal, NFT and graduation residuals stay permanently locked. Collection counts actual new receipts, not old Lock balances. Forced inflows during the collection window cannot be individually distinguished. v4’s own tiny-fee rounding remains, and frequent collection does not preserve every sub-unit fee fraction.
Network gas is additional. Raw integer accounting uses floor(gross × protocolBps / 10000) for protocol fees, which may round to zero for tiny amounts. Project tax is the rounded normal-total-fee difference; see exact arithmetic. Theoretical percentages do not replace the ledger.
