Platform revenue and $ICAT
> V3 publication draft; not yet published. Economic terms follow the unfrozen specification v2 draft. {{待冻结}} means pending reconciliation with the final frozen specification. This page does not apply to V2 or existing tokens. Available actions depend on the verified release manifest.
Platform revenue is not a user deposit. The platform receives 20% of protocol fees {{待冻结}}, split 80% for ICAT funding {{待冻结}}, 10% for community {{待冻结}} and 10% for team {{待冻结}}. ICAT funding therefore equals 16% of protocol fees {{待冻结}}, or theoretically 0.16% of trade gross {{待冻结}}. Base community and team shares each equal 2% of protocol fees {{待冻结}}.
Unused referral reserves additionally go to community. Extra Anti and platform LP income go to team without another ICAT split. Read these ledgers separately.
This testnet release uses FUNDING_ONLY. ICAT-purpose funds move through the project Vault and Receiver into Treasury pending balances by channel. They accumulate without executing purchases. Accrual, Treasury deposits or rising pending balances must not be presented as real $ICAT buybacks or burns.
executable=false is not permanently irreversible. A new executable policy can be appended after at least 48 hours (172800 seconds) {{待冻结}} of governance delay. Existing pending could then fund the originally bound target, subject to routing, market, oracle and budget checks. The Treasury target is immutable. Test-domain balances can only buy their bound test target, even if execution is enabled later; they cannot automatically become real $ICAT funding. There is no arbitrary withdrawal, repurposing or general rescue entry point. Permanently unavailable dependencies may strand funds.
The execution path requires acquired target assets to reach the burn recipient. FUNDING_ONLY has not performed that step. Project-tax buyback funding is separate from platform ICAT funding. Future buybacks guarantee no price increase, return or exit.
