Support and immutable contracts

The official email is info@interncats.com, the official X account is @Intern_Cats, and the operating entity is Interncats LLC. These documents never require surrendering wallet control through a private message.
For issue reports, provide the network, full token address, transaction hash, time and reproducible description. Redact personal information from screenshots. Never send private keys, seed phrases, verification codes or unpublished signing materials. Support cannot reverse confirmed transactions, sign for you or guarantee recovery.
V3 tokens and their fixed-implementation clones expose no implementation-upgrade entry point. A new implementation release requires new deployment addresses; it does not replace old token code. Appending an economic version to ParamRegistry is different: existing projects retain their version, and only new projects selecting the new version adopt its parameters. Existing tokens receive no migration, field backfill or compatibility changes.
Immutability does not remove governance. This testnet design retains a minimum 48-hour (172800-second) timelock {{待冻结}} and uses EOA governance. Example Safe configurations do not prove deployed multisigs. Within their defined authority, governance can append parameters and route policies, change the referral signer and resume risk operations. The guardian can pause creation, buying, graduation, buybacks or referral authorization according to contract permissions. Pauses can affect actions but cannot upgrade tokens, change LP beneficiaries or withdraw locked principal.
Media removal, web rollback and onchain pauses are different actions. An unavailable website or profile does not mean contracts were deleted. Availability depends on the manifest, chain state and public notices, without guaranteed continuous service or response times.
