Risk disclosures
> V3 publication draft; not yet published. Economic terms follow the unfrozen specification v2 draft. {{待冻结}} means pending reconciliation with the final frozen specification. This page does not apply to V2 or existing tokens. Available actions depend on the verified release manifest.
User-created tokens are high risk. Test tokens may have no value, and trading can cause total loss. These pages provide no investment advice, execution guarantee or principal protection.
| Risk | Boundary to understand |
|---|---|
| Identity and impersonation | Names, symbols and images can repeat. Verify chain, full token address, Factory, release and code identity |
| Creator concentration | The exempt opening purchase can buy out and graduate the curve in the creation transaction; graduation does not imply dispersed ownership |
| Limited protection | Anti and early limits use blocks and recipient addresses. Multiple addresses, later blocks and ordering advantages remain possible |
| Costs and exits | Project tax, protocol fees, Anti, LP fees, gas, slippage and price impact can substantially reduce proceeds |
| Permanent LP lock | Principal cannot be withdrawn or rebalanced. Price may leave the position’s range; locking guarantees neither exit nor sufficient liquidity |
| Contracts and governance | Immutable contracts can have defects. Parameter additions, route policies and risk pauses retain their specific governance powers |
| Infrastructure | Wallets, RPCs, indexers, media and websites can fail or lag. Reorganizations can reverse unfinalized state |
| Rewards | Only releases during eligible holding accrue; no fixed return. Rescheduling, no-holder carryover, dust and fundingCap affect claims |
| ICAT funding | FUNDING_ONLY only accumulates. Mock targets cannot become real ICAT targets; failed dependencies can strand funds |
| Content and privacy | Images and profiles are mutable offchain content and can be removed. Links can be malicious. Websites cannot delete public chain records |
Before signing, check the chain, recipients, actual spending, minimum output, fees and approval scope. Never share a private key or seed phrase. If a transaction’s outcome is unclear, inspect its receipt before signing again.
Report issues through support using publicly verifiable information. Passing tests or reviews is no proof of zero risk.
