It does not replace the service terms, privacy policy, risk disclosures, content-removal policy or law-enforcement policy published with the service. Governing law and dispute terms still require legal review; this draft assigns no jurisdiction or effective contract terms.
InternCats Launchpad is the product brand, operated by Interncats LLC. Contact info@interncats.com; the official X account is @Intern_Cats. Token creators remain responsible for their projects, descriptions and social accounts. Appearance on the site does not make a project official.
When citing technical documentation, identify its version, network and original source. Do not remove material fee, opening-exemption, test-asset or risk limitations from excerpts. This page grants no additional trademark, logo, media or source-code license. Read the relevant repository license for code and obtain brand permission separately.
Accurate descriptions may mention an integration with InternCats Launchpad. Do not imply unconfirmed partnership, audit, investment endorsement or official-token status. Do not impersonate official identities using names, logos, domains or interfaces, or use third-party images and marks without rights.
The wording here is original. Only the “Protocol / Integration” organization takes structural inspiration from Pons. InternCats Launchpad has its own economics, network and deployments. Structural inspiration implies no partnership, authorization or right to reuse another party’s wording, design or brand.
Third-party links and software follow their own terms. Send rights, brand or content concerns to the official email with the page, onchain address and supporting rights information. Never send keys. Applicable published legal pages also govern integration and use.
